    This Licensing Policy explains the permitted use of all HTML5 games, add-ons, and other digital products purchased through demonisblack.com/store.

    By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to comply with this Licensing Policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions.

    1. Regular License

    The Regular License grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for a single end product.

    Under the Regular License, you may:

    • Modify and customize the source code.
    • Reskin and rebrand the product.
    • Integrate the product into one website, web application, or mobile application.
    • Monetize the end product through advertisements, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other legitimate revenue models.
    • Use the product for personal or commercial purposes.
    • Create one end product from each purchased license.

    2. Extended License

    The Extended License includes all rights granted under the Regular License and additionally permits broader commercial use.

    Under the Extended License, you may:

    • Use the product within a commercial end product that is sold or licensed to end users.
    • Include the product as part of a larger commercial platform or service.
    • Generate direct revenue from the end product.
    • Develop a single client project where ownership of the completed end product is transferred to the client.

    3. License Restrictions

    Regardless of the license purchased, you may not:

    • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original source code.
    • Sell or distribute the product as your own work.
    • Upload source files to marketplaces, repositories, file-sharing services, or public download websites.
    • Distribute unmodified or slightly modified versions of our products.
    • Claim ownership of the original source code, artwork, assets, or documentation.
    • Share purchased files with third parties except employees or contractors directly working on your licensed project.
    • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
    • Use our products in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

    4. Single License Usage

    Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each purchased license is valid for one end product.

    Each purchased license permits the use of the product in one End Product.

    An End Product may include, for example:

    • A website or web application.
    • A mobile application.
    • A desktop application.
    • A client project.

    If you wish to use the product in multiple End Products, a separate license must be purchased for each End Product.

    5. Client Projects

    If you purchase a product for a client project:

    • Each client project requires its own license.
    • The completed end product may be delivered to your client.
    • Your client may use the completed end product in accordance with the purchased license.
    • Your client does not acquire ownership of the original source code or the right to redistribute, resell, or reuse the source code for additional projects.

    6. Ownership

    All products remain the intellectual property of demonisblack.

    Purchasing a license grants permission to use the product under the applicable license terms. It does not transfer ownership of the original source code, artwork, assets, trademarks, copyrights, or any other intellectual property rights.

    7. Product Updates

    Product updates may be provided at our discretion.

    Unless otherwise stated on the product page, updates for the purchased product are provided at no additional cost. We reserve the right to discontinue updates for any product at any time.

    8. Item Support

    Item support is governed by our Item Support Policy, which forms part of this Licensing Policy.

    Please refer to the Item Support Policy for information regarding support availability, response times, inclusions, and limitations.

    9. License Violations

    Unauthorized redistribution, resale, license sharing, or any other misuse of our products may result in one or more of the following:

    • Termination of the applicable license.
    • Suspension or removal of access to downloads, updates, and support.
    • Termination of your customer account.
    • Legal action where permitted by applicable law.

    10. Changes to this Licensing Policy

    We may update this Licensing Policy from time to time.

    Any changes will become effective upon publication on this page with an updated revision date.
