    You can purchase our products from either of our official stores:

    Purchasing from either official source ensures you receive authentic products, product updates, and access to item support in accordance with the applicable license and support policy.

    If the website is not our official demonisblack Store or our CodeCanyon profile, it is not an authorized sales channel.

    Products obtained from unauthorized websites may be outdated, modified, incomplete, or distributed without permission. We cannot provide updates, license verification, or item support for products purchased from unauthorized sources.

    If you discover one of our products being distributed without authorization, we appreciate you reporting it to us.

    HTML5 Games

    Our games are built using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP(for social sharing). The CreateJslibrary is used for development, not platforms like Construct2 or similar frameworks.

    You can edit the files using any basic text editor. Built-in options such as Notepad(Windows) or TextEdit(macOS) are sufficient for simple edits.

    The package includes the complete HTML5 source code, documentation, and a layered PSD file for game design.

    Yes. Most games include editable parameters such as game speed, score, or timer. The game settings are various depending on the type of the game but basic customization include text and images.

    Yes. The game assets can be replaced, and a PSD design file is included for easier editing.

    Below are examples of reskinned versions to fit your marketing objectives:

    Yes. Most text can be modified via settings or replaced if embedded in image files. For trivia-based games like Quiz Game, check the item page for multi-language support.

    Installation involves uploading the game folder to your web hosting server. Full setup instructions are provided in the documentation.

    Make sure your server meets the game requirements. Some games require database configuration or additional setup. Refer to the documentation for full instructions.

    Some browsers such as Chrome may block local execution due to security settings. You can use a local web server such as XAMMPto run the game offline.

    Yes. Games can be embedded using an iframe if the platform supports it. For WordPress, it can be embed with the plugin Scoreboard for HTML5 Game Lite plugin.

    This is often due to browser caching. Clear your cache to ensure the latest version of the files is loaded.

    This tool provides a visual interface to build and preview game content such as levels, maps, or questions. It allows for easy editing without modifying the code manually.

    Add-Ons

    Add-ons are optional features that enhance the game. They require the base game to function. You can browse available add-ons here. Compatible games are listed on each add-on's product page.

    No. Add-ons do not include the base game. You must purchase and install the compatible game for the add-on to work. One exception is the Multiplayer for HTML5 Games add-on, which includes the base game.

    No. Add-ons only work with specific compatible games. They cannot be adapted to work with other products.

    Generally, no. Each game supports only one add-on at a time. The only exception is that the Multiplayer for HTML5 Games add-on is compatible with the Scoreboard for HTML5 Games add-on (excluding the WordPress version), allowing both to be used together.

    Check that your game is compatible with the add-on. Follow the documentation carefully and complete all installation steps. Missing files or incomplete setup may cause the add-on to fail.

    Only add-ons developed as WordPress plugins will work on WordPress sites. Other add-ons are built for standard web hosting environments.

    Item Support

    Yes. Each item includes 6 months of complimentary item support from the date of purchase. Full details are available in our Support Policy.

    Support is available for verified buyers and covers technical issues such as bugs or errors. It does not include custom modifications or third-party integrations. More details are provide here.

    We respond within 12 to 24 hours on weekdays. Depending on time zone differences, it may take up to 1 business day.

    Yes. Each purchase includes 6 months of complimentary item support. After it expires, you can renew support for 6 or 12 months from My Account > Orders. Renewal pricing is based on the license type you originally purchased.

    Bonus Content

    No. Bonus content is only included with selected products. If available, it will be clearly indicated on the product page with an Extended License banner or described as part of an eligible bundle.. For example, see Solitaire Collection - HTML5 Game.

    Bonus content varies by product and may include reskins, additional features, bonus games, or other exclusive content. The included bonus content is listed on each product page.

    You can browse all available bonus content in our Bonus Content category. Some bonus content is available with eligible Extended License purchases, while certain games are available exclusively through eligible bundle purchases, as indicated on the product page.
