When you purchase a game, you receive 6 months of complimentary support from the date of purchase. This support is only available to verified buyers with an active support subscription. We respond to all support requests in the order they are received. Typically, replies are issued within 1 business day.

To extend support for an item you’ve purchased:

1. Login to your Codecanyon account.
2. Hover over your username and click "Downloads".
3. Locate the item you want to renew.
4. Click “Renew support now” or “Extend now” next to the item.

If your support subscription expires:

• You will no longer receive direct assistance from our team.
• You will still have access to:
  • Game or plugin updates (including bug fixes and new features)
  • Documentation included in the original download package

We reserve the right to decline support if a user:

• Fails to provide a valid purchase code
• Displays a disrespectful attitude toward support agents
• Uses offensive or abusive language
